its not fair that 15 out of 16 sex offendres get to walk free from the court room the government needs to be alot more satrict on the punishment for sex offenders.
they know that their there and they decide to do crap about. the u.s needs to step up their game and do something about this problem.

if you molest some one once it doesnt mean you’ll always do it again and what if they were realy not guilty so they’ll have 30 years for somthing they didn’t do that’s horrible and cruel

I am a sex offender. I made a stupid mistake, once! I learned from it. I do not have a mental illness. My charge was having sex with a 14 year old girl when i was 22. I didnt know her age. she was drinking at a bar with her mother. she even had two cases pending for the same charge with two other guys at the time i was charged. I DO take full responsibility for my actions and realize that i have made a mistake. There was no sick or heiness in my crime. just a mistake. I now will pay for it the rest of my life as will my daughter and my wife. Not every sex offender is a sick, dangerous person. some have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time. We are human too. every case is different.

i will soon be 30 years old. when i was 19 i signed a plea agreement for corruption of a minor that requires me to register for 10 years. I spent 4 years in prison for burglary and have now turned my life around. I finished my sentence in 2002 and started my registration period. Now instead of finishing my requirements in 2012 i have to go until 2027. THAT IS NOT WHAT WHAT I PLEAD TO!!! My son will be 25 years old by the time I finish this new rquirement! This is not fair to me and my family. Someone please help. I’ve never bucked the ruling I was charged under, but now i am being resentenced for something in 1998. I am not a child molester nor rapist I was a stupid teenager who slept with another teenager. I didn’t do anything then or now that requires this kind of treatment. PLEASE HELP!!
