i will soon be 30 years old. when i was 19 i signed a plea agreement for corruption of a minor that requires me to register for 10 years. I spent 4 years in prison for burglary and have now turned my life around. I finished my sentence in 2002 and started my registration period. Now instead of finishing my requirements in 2012 i have to go until 2027. THAT IS NOT WHAT WHAT I PLEAD TO!!! My son will be 25 years old by the time I finish this new rquirement! This is not fair to me and my family. Someone please help. I’ve never bucked the ruling I was charged under, but now i am being resentenced for something in 1998. I am not a child molester nor rapist I was a stupid teenager who slept with another teenager. I didn’t do anything then or now that requires this kind of treatment. PLEASE HELP!!
