Sex offender sought for probation violation

“Crime Stoppers of San Angelo is offering a $250 reward for information leading to the arrest of William Dean Cotter, a sex offender who is wanted on a probation violation. Cotter, 25, was convicted of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl, according to a sex offender database maintained by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

His last known address was in the 300 block of Tennyson School Road in Miles, but he is also associated with the 7700 block of Highway 158 in Bronte, and he has family and friends in San Angelo, police said.”
