My son was wrongfully accused of rape twelve years ago when he was a teenager. He served his time. He violated his parole by being in possesion of a hand gun by a felon. When he returned to the Indiana Department Of Corrections, all of a sudden, he is now listed as a violent sex offender, and has to be on GPS tracking. That’s not right. Here in Evansville where we live, he’s not even on the list of violent sex offenders. He hasn’t committed another sex crime, and didn’t at first, because the young lady consented. After the young lady was caught by her boyfriend, she cried rape. there was no evidence of rape, but yet, he’s on GPS tracking. He had a Public Defender who told him that being that he is black, and the alledged victem is white, it is best that he take the plea bargain. that ruined his life.

I’m pretty sure I ran into a predator today at the park. I went there with a friend and her son and an older man (I would say in his 60’s) was parked at the edge of the park. He pulled up while we were eating, then sat for a while. When her son was done eating and wanted to play, I decided to walk to the edge and see what he was doing. I asked him and he said listening to the radio, but I heard no music. He asked me if there was a problem with him listening to his radio, and I said no, I was just concerned about you sitting there, my nephew is about to go play, and there are all these kids around… he said it was good I was watching. We left 10 minutes after that, because he was creeping us out. Then once we left we rode back by and he was gone! We were dring down the rode a while later and the police had him pulled over on the side of the rode! Score 1 kids Score 0 Predators!!! Yay
