Halloween Repercussions

Sex offenders were notified prior to Halloween that a new law was taking place to keep the children safe for trick-or-treating. Police patrolled the streets on Halloween night to make sure the offenders did as they were told to do. Adair County reported 6 out of 30 registered sex offenders did not obey the new law that went into effect on August 28th of this year.
