Missing Sex Offender Discovered in Parking Lot of Police Station

I’m sure there have been stranger ways of sex offenders being found, but this one definitely makes its way to the top. In New Britain, Connecticut, 30-year-old Christian Pabon was approached by police when they heard some commotion in a car in the parking lot.
